Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates (Canada)
We ship coast-to-coast within Canada primarily through Canada Post.

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Expedited Shipping: Available via Canada Post for faster delivery times.

Local Pickup: We offer private pickup at our Toronto studio by appointment only. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout if you wish to collect your piece in person.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping via Canada Post International.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Indigo Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Alternative Carriers & Special Requests
If you prefer a specific carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL) or require overnight express shipping, please contact us at infoindigoartstudio@gmail.com before or immediately after placing your order. We are happy to accommodate alternative shipping methods at the customer's expense.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Canada Post delivers to P.O. Boxes across Canada; however, some private carriers may require a physical street address.
