LORENA LORENZO
Born in Havana, Cuba, Lorena’s artistic evolution began at the Elemental Visual Art Institute, graduating at 19 with a Fine Arts diploma. After relocating to Toronto in 2008, she continued her pursuit of excellence, graduating from OCAD University and the Toronto School of Art (TSA).
With a foundation rooted in classical fine arts, she entered the tattoo industry in 2009. Since then, she has collaborated with world-renowned studios across Canada, the USA, Mexico, and Europe, blending Caribbean passion with technical architectural precision.
THE COVER-UP QUEEN
Lorena has earned international acclaim as a specialist in restorative tattooing. Known as the "Cover-up Queen," she focuses on transforming old tattoos and medical scars for cancer survivors and cosmetic surgery patients. Her work is a testament to the healing power of art.
Beyond the studio, Lorena remains a prolific painter, exhibiting her vibrant, tropical-themed canvases in galleries across North America. An active advocate for women’s empowerment and the Latino community, her journey is a continuous dialogue between the skin and the soul.
