Booking Policy & Terms:

• Non-Refundable Deposits: All online payments serve as a deposit to secure your exclusive time in Lorena’s calendar. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• Credit & Deductions: Your payment will be held in your client account and fully deducted from the final balance of your tattoo on the day of your session.

• Rescheduling Policy: To protect the artist's schedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any rescheduling. Failure to provide notice or a "no-show" will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
